Well, that type of hacking is illegal. If you had some type of business arrangement with that person, pursue legal action. Even if you didn't, I'm sure you can still pursue legal action. Does this person have ads on their site, from like Google? Contact Google and let them know that the site is using your work illegally if that is really the case. Google frowns on that! Good luck.
