Is it illegal to share information about customers who falsely issued chargebacks?

If I tell the customers upfront that their information will be shared, do you think I'm safe? I'm just so tired of all of these people who are either intentionally trying to scam me, or are just too lazy to follow our cancellation procedures.

  1. As long as you adhere to your privacy policy, then you should be alright. In other words, if your policy did not inform customers that you could share their information with third parties, then don't do it.
