Did Google change something about how they index sites?

I’ve been having some weird problems with them lately. My blog is getting indexed, but not as quickly as it used to.

It’s really only happening on one domain that I have, so I’m wondering if I’ve been penalized or something. I will give it a few weeks to see what happens. Then, I will contact Google to see what the problem is.
