I need a light php-based website forum that will not make my shared server sluggish. It's important that I not get kicked off of my host because of a forum software that uses too much resources.

I want to learn how to work with it and to build my own SOAP REQUEST. Is there a step-by-step tutorial out there somewhere for a newbie like me?

Issue 1 : Div left is not "stretching the content container downwards?
Issue 2 : Div Right is not "inside" the content container and will not float right of the centre container.
The only container that is working as intended is the centre one Anyone know why this is happening ???

If you use WordPress, how do you do trackbacks to other blogs that use different blogging systems like MovableType?

They are still visiting my site, but when I search for the stuff that they're indexing, they are only indexing the text on the front page. So, the links to those pages aren't in Google. Google used to put them in their results. Why is this happening?

Can you submit individual subdomains or subdirectories for review, or if the main domain is declined, the entire domain is declined?
